HandCrafted
Homes, a subsidiary of HHHunt, a major residential and commercial real
estate developer, opened its first modular construction facility in
Henderson, NC at the start of 1999.
Since 1966, HHHut has developed apartment buildings, townhouses, condominiums,
single family homes, assisted living facilities, and residential subdivisions
throughout the Mid-Atlantic States. The company formed HandCrafted Homes in
1998 and decided to build its first facility in Henderson, North Carolina to
allow access and service to all the major cities in North Carolina and neighboring
states - (including South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Maryland and Virginia).
HandCrafted Homes offers builders a superior customer service program, including
individual sales training and advertising courses, conversion of site-built
plans to modular designs, and current market evaluation of residential property.
